Organization accounts can be created in the TikTok for Gaming backend after company verification and legal representative verification are completed, provided you have the required permissions to manage organization accounts.

To create one, go to Game management > Account > Organization Account, click Add, select Create new account, choose the account type, fill in the required information, and submit it for review.

There are two types of organization accounts. A Publisher account is limited to one per company and serves as the official corporate identity. A Game account can be created separately by game, region, or category.

For the account details, the Photo must include game-related elements. The Username must be unique, include the game name, and match the selected region. The Name must include the full game name or its abbreviation. The Region cannot be changed after creation, and only one organization account is allowed for the same game in the same country or region.

After submission, the review usually takes 2 business days.
